Founded in 2014 by a group of real estate professionals in Australia with over 15 years of experience and former international students who studied in Australia since the early 2000s, Assistance Abroad initially operated under the name Australia Apartment Services - AAS. In 2024, we officially rebranded to Assistance Abroad to present a more customer-friendly brand to our clients worldwide. To date, we have assisted tens of thousands of international students from various countries in finding safe and convenient accommodations in major Australian cities.

With more than a decade of operational experience, we work with tens of thousands of homeowners, apartment owners, residential complexes, and leading Australian real estate brokers and managers to provide the highest quality apartments for international students. All our accommodations undergo a rigorous assessment process, including careful selection of landlords, apartment inspections, and negotiation of contracts. After students move into their apartments, we continue to support them by addressing any queries or issues that may arise during their stay, up until the conclusion of their lease agreement.

Furthermore, Assistance Abroad offers additional support services for students once they have secured their accommodations, such as airport pick-up, city tours, bank account and mobile phone setup, job search assistance, and more. This distinctive service sets us apart and enhances the experience for those using Assistance Abroad's services.

Our History:

2014 - Assistance Abroad was officially established in Australia, initially providing housing services to students in Melbourne and Sydney.

2015 - Assistance Abroad expanded its services to assist students across all Australian cities.

2016 - Assistance Abroad began offering housing services to international students from various countries, including China, India, the Philippines, Vietnam, and more.

2018 - Assistance Abroad became the leading company in providing accommodation services to students in the Vietnamese market, maintaining its leadership position to the present day.

2024 - Assistance Abroad officially opened a representative office in China, with the mission to help more Chinese students find housing and successfully integrate into their study life in Australia.

2024 - We invested in and built our signature building, Assistance Abroad. This building is envisioned to be our support center for international students coming from across the entire Asian region to Australia.
