Step 1: Receive a client's apartment search request, such as budget, rental area, and rental start date.
Step 2: After negotiating the requirements with the customer, sign a service contract and receive the customer's first deposit.
Step 3: Find the apartment options that are suitable for the guest's requirements and send them to the guest for selection (usually 2-4 options).
Step 4: After the customer selects the apartment to rent, submit a rental application to the customer and receive a second deposit.
Step 5: After the document is approved, instruct the guest to deposit and sign a contract with the landlord.
Step 6: Collect service fees from customers.
Step 7: Guide the customer: take the key, check the furniture, connect to the Internet power...

AAG will refund 100% of the service fee, if unable to find a house that meets the customer's needs as agreed in this agreement.
When the customer unilaterally or in any other circumstances cancels the contract, AAG will not refund the service fee.
